Teleportivity is a QR-based video intercom system that anonymously connects visitors directly to the user's mobile device. Teleportivity's Help Desk Intercom is a cloud-based technology allowing you to create a unique live video 'Help Desk' experience for applications such as virtual reception, concierge, security help points, and retail applications.

TEL-VR-2-12 includes features required to set up a touchless virtual video help desk on a 12 month subscription. It is compatible with Windows 10 PC only. This licence advanced features include proactive and reactive calling, multiple static and video digital message/signs, multiple call groups. It includes 3 x intercom operators however additional call groups or operator logins can be purchased separately. This advanced platform using patented Jump Screen technology enables operators to jump between screens and to users' mobile phones. TEL-VR-2-12 allows the high-level integration with Inner Range's Integriti and Inception to easily enables the help desk operator to connect to doors/lift floors, ensuring Teleportivity and Integriti work together seamlessly. For this integration, IR-990550TPQRVI is also required.
