Product Overview
The Axis P1265 Network Camera is a cost-effective complete modular pinhole camera with HDTV 1080p resolution, ideal for discreet indoor eye-level surveillance. It can be installed in tight places or flush-mounted in a wall, ceiling, or metal panel with only a small pinhole lens visible, suitable in, for example, ATMs or vending machines. Equipped with WDR - Forensic Capture, enables the camera to handle scenes with strong variations in light. The AXIS P1265 comes with a mounting bracket and an 8m detachable cable.
P12 Series P1265 1080p Network Modular Pinhole Camera from Axis Communications consists of a compact main unit, a sensor unit, and a sensor cable to deliver a discreet surveillance solution for tight indoor spaces. This pinhole camera features a 1/2.9" (effective) progressive scan RGB CMOS image sensor to capture 1920 x 1080 resolution video at 30 fps. Its 3.7mm fixed lens has a wide 91° horizontal field of view. An onboard microSD/SDHC/SDXC card slot is included for edge storage. microSD cards are available for purchase separately. Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by enabling the transfer of power and data through a single cable.
Axis Zipstream technology compresses video footage in H.264, reducing bandwidth usage and storage requirements. In addition, video can be streamed in multiple individual streams, and bandwidth and frame rates are controllable for further customization of your network. Once configured, your surveillance network is secured with a host of safety features, including password protection, IP address filtering, HTTPS encryption, IEEE 802.1X network access control, digest authentication, user access logging, and centralized certificate management.
This device will send an email notification or store video recordings of an event to your edge storage when it occurs. It is ONVIF-compliant for Profiles S and G, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices.
